I’m an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and Director of Medical Student Education at the University of Maryland. As an expert in medical student education, difficult IV access research, and invasive medical procedure education, I write and speak internationally about these topics. I direct two CME procedure courses and serve on the Education Committee for American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
