Q: Who’s Medmastery for?

A: Medmastery is designed for doctors and doctors in training. We also have a lot of medical students, nurses, paramedics and other healthcare providers among our subscribers.

Q: What courses are you offering? How will I know if they are right for me?

A: Please check out all our available courses in the course library. We are constantly working on new courses and new content is added monthly.

Q: How can I get access to Medmastery courses?

A: You can get access to our courses by enrolling on the Pricing page. If you are already a trial user, you need to login to your account, and click the enroll button.

Q:Can I purchase access to individual courses?

A: No; the only way to access our courses is purchasing a subscription. It is impossible to access individual courses.

Q: What's the difference between a free trial account and a paid account?

A: A free trial account gives you access to selected free chapters in each course. A paid subscription gives you unlimited access to all of our courses and workshops.

Q: Is Medmastery a recurring subscription?

A: Yes. Medmastery is set up as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription service. The subscription fee will be deducted from your credit card or Paypal account when the membership term renews (e.g., every month or every 12 months).

Q: How can I cancel my subscription?

A: When you are logged in to your account, please click on My account at the top and switch to Subscription, then click Subscription details. You will be forwarded to your personal customer page, where you can cancel your subscription. Done. Really simple!

Q: Can I pause my subscription if I am not using it?

A: Pausing a subscription is impossible, but you can always cancel your subscription and subscribe again later, when you’re ready for more learning. However, you should be aware that if you currently have a discounted membership, you might not get the same price once you come back.



Q: What’s the price of the Medmastery membership?

A: A Medmastery Basic membership costs $39 per month and gives you unlimited access to our course library. We also offer a Pro membership for $468 per 12 months, which, on top of the Basic membership features, will allow you to claim CME credits for your completed courses and workshops.

Q: Do you offer a discount for students?

A: Yes! We offer a 50% student discount for any of memberships. To receive the discount code, please send a photo or a scan of your valid student ID to our customer service at [email protected]

Q: How can I pay for the Medmastery Membership?

A: You’ll be able to pay for the Medmastery membership in two ways:

  1. Through Paypal 
  2. With credit card 

Both modes of payment are highly secure, but should you encounter any trouble, don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

Q:I don’t live in the United States (my currency is not USD). Can I purchase a Medmastery Membership anyway?

A: Yes, absolutely! Even if the price of the course is not displayed in your own currency, the amount will be automatically converted to your currency by your bank (at the current exchange rate).

Q: Where can I find my invoices?

A: You can access all of your invoices from your Medmastery profile. Please open the Subscription section of your account, and click on the Subscription details button. Your invoices will wait for you in the Payment history section, ready to be downloaded!



Q: I am an ECG technician interested in learning the ECG more thoroughly. Are your ECG courses for me?

A: Yes. Our ECG courses will help you to pass important exams and recognize dangerous and important diseases. These skills are essential for any ECG technician.



Q: Will I get a certificate?

A: If you pass all the quizzes and if you watched all the lesson videos of a course, you will be able to download a certificate. The certificate will be a proof of your clinical skills acquired. Your friends and colleagues will be very jealous :-)

Q: What score do I need in order to pass the quizzes?

A: At least 70% of your answers should be correct for the successful completion of each quiz.

Q: Is there an exam at the end of the courses?

A: There is no comprehensive test at the end of the courses. Most levels end with a quiz. You’ll pass a course if you pass all the quizzes. These quizzes are at the core of your learning experience.



Q: How can I sign up for the newsletter?

A: If you want to receive our newsletter, you should first sign up for our free trial. Every trial subscriber will be added to our newsletter.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter services?

A: You can unsubscribe from our e-mail services by clicking the Unsubscribe link, which is included at the bottom in all of our mailings. If you clicked onUnsubscribe, your e-mail address will be removed from that particular list. Please keep in mind that we have more than one e-mail list (for example, you might be on the Free course list and the General newsletter list), so unsubscribing from one list will not automatically remove your e-mail address from all the other lists. We’ll really miss you when you are gone. We hope you’ll visit us again from time to time!



Q: I lost my password. What do I do?

Q: Will I be able to view the lectures at any time?

A: You’ll be able to attend the courses and view the content during your access period and from any place provided you have access to the internet.

Q: I am unable to find the videos and workbooks. What do I do?

Q: The videos don’t work. What should I do?

A: Medmastery officially supports Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer. If you experience any issues with our videos, please make sure you are using the latest version of any of these browsers. If you keep having issues, please send a short email to [email protected] including details about your operating system and internet browser.

Q: How can I speed up the videos?

A: You can simply install the Google Chrome extension, Vimeo repeat and speed, which will allow you to fast forward our videos.

Q: Do I need access to the internet in order to access the courses?

A: You’ll need access to the internet in order to view our videos. Ideally, your connection should be broadband. Our videos are hosted on servers all around the world, so they should run smoothly if your internet connection is relatively fast.

Q: Do I need to download apps or software to view the courses?

A: You don’t need to download any software or apps in order to attend our courses. You only need access to the internet (ideally a broadband connection) and an up-to-date internet browser like Google Chrome.

Q: Will I be able to watch your videos on the iPad or iPhone?

A: You’ll be able to watch all our videos on your iPhone, iPad, and any other type of smartphone.

Q: Will you send me a DVD of your course, or will I be able to download the videos?

A: All our videos are provided to you through video streaming. We don’t offer DVDs or downloads.



Q: Do I need special skills to attend the courses?

A: No special skills are required. Some basic knowledge of physiology helps but is not a prerequisite. Register for a free trial and get to know our teaching style.

Q: How much practical (hands-on) training do you provide?

A: It’s our main focus to provide practical or hands-on information. We only teach you what is clinically relevant and will leave out what is unnecessary. So if you are mainly interested in technical nitty-gritty, this course is not for you!

Q: Do you offer onsite courses?

A: No, we don’t provide any onsite (i.e., in-person) courses.

Q: Can I use your courses for my organization/academic institution?

Q: How many CME credits will I be able to earn through Medmastery?

A: The Pro membership will give you access to all courses and workshops worth hundreds of CME credits.

Q:What types of CME are available?

A: You can earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and European CME credits (ECMECs) when completing Medmastery workshops or courses. Medmastery has entered into a joint providership with CME Consultants, who is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Moreover, our platform is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), who has mutual recognition agreements with over 20 European countries.

Q: I am a Basic member, can I claim CMEs?

A: No. In order to claim CMEs, you need to upgrade to the Pro membership.

Q: I’m not a physician. Will I be able to use your CME credits?

A: That depends upon your professional body. Most of them will allow you to convert AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ to their system. Our CME Guide provides more in-depth information about the matter. If you need more information, please contact your professional body first.

Q: I’m from outside the USA and Europe. Are the CME credits recognized where I’m from?
