Why I love to teach
My love for nutrition began in ninth grade biology, where I first learned about macro- and micronutrients and dreamed of someday changing people’s lives through nutrition! I now work as an inpatient abdominal transplant and GI surgery dietitian and serve as the nutrition expert on interdisciplinary rounds, as well as teaching dietetic interns during their transplant and GI surgery rotations.
