I’m an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at OHSU, where I have a geriatric primary care and outpatient consult practice. In addition to my outpatient work, I lead the OHSU Internal Medicine Skilled and Long-Term Care Team and I am the Medical Director of Mirabella Portland Skilled Nursing and Memory Care. My research focuses on improving geriatric care in primary care settings.
