Warum ich es liebe in der Lehre tätig zu sein
Ich bin Fachärztin für Allgemeinchirurgie mit abgeschlossener Zusatzweiterbildung in der brustchirurgischen Onkologie an der Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Vor dem Medizinstudium habe ich zur Anwendung primitiver Pflanzenextrakte zur Hemmung des Tumorwachstums geforscht. Meine klinischen Schwerpunkte liegen in der Bildgebung bei Brustkrebs sowie in der Divertikelerkrankung. Zudem engagiere ich mich in der medizinischen und chirurgischen Lehre auf tertiärem Niveau. In meiner Freizeit beschäftige ich mich gerne mit Kunst, Kochen und Fotografie.
