Aunque disfruto de los aspectos técnicos de mi labor como médico de emergencias, mi principal pasión radica en desarrollar y fomentar la comunicación, impulsar el cambio cultural y fortalecer las habilidades de liderazgo. Creo firmemente que cultivar la capacidad de la autorreflexión, participar en conversaciones difíciles y utilizar diferentes modalidades educativas son elementos fundamentales para crear una cultura caracterizada por la transparencia, el sentido de dirección y el crecimiento continuo.
