What you get
Everything on Medmastery, the same as a paid Pro membership.
Learn from the best
A renowned faculty from top universities will teach you the proven tips and tricks you won't find easily anywhere else on the web.
Lots of cases to practice
We use a case-based teaching approach. You'll get plenty of practice with our interactive quizzes and real-world case workshops.
Worldwide CME credits
The ACCME and EACCME have mutual recognition agreements with countries outside the USA and EU, and our EACCME accreditation and joint providerships with ACCME-accredited organizations will enable you to utilize CME credit quickly and easily almost anywhere in the world.
Bite-sized teaching videos
Research has shown that our short and focused videos (< 6 min) combined with handouts and cases are highly effective.
Fact sheets and downloads
All courses come with handy fact sheets and handbooks covering the most important information. You can use them for study purposes or as a reference in the clinic.
Where to start
You can use every course in the library. To save you looking, we have pulled together the courses most relevant to paediatric practice.
Everyday paediatric practice
These sit under other specialties, but they come up constantly in paediatric work.

Frequently asked questions
Is the access really free?
Yes, completely. You don't enter any payment details, and there is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends when the pilot ends.
Do I get access to everything?
Yes. You get full access to all 140+ Medmastery courses, workshops and learning materials, the same as a paid Pro membership. The courses above are just a suggested starting point.
Who can sign up?
Any PSG member who has paid their membership fees. If you are not sure where you stand, PSG can check for you.
When does the pilot run?
From 19 October to 18 December 2026.
How much paediatric content is there?
Three courses sit in our paediatrics specialty: Pediatric Emergencies, Pediatric ECG and Pediatric Echocardiography. Many other courses apply directly to paediatric practice, and we have collected the most useful ones above.
Will I earn CPD points in Ghana?
Not during the pilot. Local CPD points from the Medical and Dental Council are not part of this pilot, and PSG is looking into local accreditation with the Council. Medmastery is CME accredited in the USA (ACCME) and Europe (EACCME), with mutual recognition in most countries, and you receive a certificate for each course you complete.
What happens after the pilot?
Your access ends by itself. If the pilot goes well, PSG and Medmastery plan to offer members continued access at a significant member discount.
Can I learn on my phone?
Yes. The app runs on iOS and Android, and lessons are short, so you can fit one into a break between patients.
Who do I ask if something goes wrong?
Email us at [email protected] and we will sort it out. You do not need to go through PSG.
Ready to start learning?
Open to PSG members in good standing. The pilot runs from 19 October to 18 December 2026.
